Our Single Vineyard Chardonnay is an apt tribute to what we believe is at the heart of truly beautiful wine: small-volume, single-site production. Radiantly golden in the glass with a perfumed, floral nose – an uncommon characteristic for Chardonnay. The flavours of this wine are fresh and luscious, tending to ripe nectarines and rock melons. Its most remarkable features are its unexpected layers of texture – a savoury depth that feels smooth, rounded, inviting and complex on the palate – and its fantastic length. None of this is possible without fastidious attention to detail. Made with 100% estate-grown Chardonnay. 50% aged for 10 months in new French oak. 220 cases produced. $26.50.
