Produced using grapes from a single site in Lenswood, Lofty Valley Shiraz is a classic cool-climate rendition of the varietal with a notably exotic spirit. A medium-bodied, garnet-tinted wine with aromatic spicy notes of white pepper, cinnamon and blueberries. The flavours of this wine are pure Shiraz – rich, sweet, licorice and dried fruits, and intensely peppered with well-integrated oak. The palate structure is characteristically soft, dusty and dry. A Moroccan landscape. Made with 100% single-site Shiraz. 100% aged for 10 months in new French oak. 50 cases produced. $32
