By handpicking late in the season a limited crop of pinot noir (clones 114, 115, NV6 and 777) this wine started its journey. Brendon Keys carefully fermented the grapes in barrel and then watched over the french oak for a year to produce this incredibly line pinot with an elegant but lengthy palate. Strawberry, black cherry and plum flavours are elegantly bound with a fine tannin structure. This wine is amazing now, but can be cellared for up to 10 years before the journey might end ….
