The combination of grapes from different picking days 3-4 weeks apart gives this wine depth but also a freshness rarely seen.
As a result the flavours from the complete chardonnay spectrum are represented.
The wine has been stirred on lees for the entire time and careful blending has resulted in a wine we are proud of.
Only 70 cases made.
